Have you filed a bankruptcy, discharged debt, gotten your financial life in order only to find out now, maybe even years later, that the credit reporting companies are still reporting that you owe on accounts that were discharged?   This does not happen because your attorney did something wrong, and your attorney probably does not have time to fix the errors for you.  But here is the good news, we may be able to help you fix your credit report errors.                  Email us at info@quickprep.org to see if we can help you.         

Your bankruptcy attorney can help you get rid of debt, but they don't fix errors in your credit reports.  It is not part of the service that a bankruptcy law firm provides.  An error in your credit report is not caused by anything your bankruptcy attorney did or did not do. Attorneys discharge debt through the bankruptcy law, they don't fix your credit report.

Credit report errors usually aren't even obvious until a year or after the bankruptcy has been completed. You may have lost or tossed your bankruptcy documents by that time. If you go through the court system to get a copy of your bankruptcy, the copy will probably cost you $40.00.  Your attorney may provide you with a copy for a little less, but then you still have to know how to use the bankruptcy documents to initiate the dispute process and get your credit report fixed. So, that's the problem, what is the solution?

Here's the solution:  Let Quick Paralegal Services research the issue, get your bankruptcy documents, and draft the dispute letters for you.  And we can do that for less than it would cost you to get your copy of the bankruptcy document.    Email info@quickprep.org if you are interested.

• A copy of the credit report you have in your hand that shows the error
• Your first name, middle name, last name as it was listed in your bankruptcy
• Your email address (preferred) or phone number so we can reach you easily
• $30.00 in the form of money order, cashier check, or Paypal to mike@quickprep.org   

Sorry, we cannot take personal checks for this service. A returned check costs us $25.00. 

What do you get for $30.00?  We will research if there is a basis for disputing the credit report error, draft dispute  letters to the Big Three credit reporting companies and get those dispute letters in your hands, ready to sign and mail.  We will reference and document the basis for your dispute and will provide copies of the support documents that go along with your dispute letters.

If there is more than one error in your credit report, we can fix more than one error. The fee is $15.00 for each additional credit report mistake.  If the initial research indicates we won't be able to help you, we will refund $15.00 and we will tell you why we can't help you.  We are not attorneys, we cannot give you any legal advice, but we may be able to help you fix your credit report errors.
